To Our Valued Patients,
Illinois is now following CDC guidance as it pertains to masks and vaccinated individuals. The CDC and state’s guidance states that “any individual 12 and older who are fully vaccinated” no longer needs to wear a mask in public places. Smiles of Orland Park will follow this directive as it pertains to individuals who meet this criteria. Any patient or team member who has received the vaccine and is considered “fully vaccinated” can remove their mask in our facility. We will continue to wear a mask during all procedures just as we have always done before the COVID-19 crisis.
In our continued efforts to protect our team, patients and the community from the spread of COVID-19, we have taken necessary measures to keep everyone safe. If you prefer to continue to wear a mask during your stay with us, please feel free to do so. Please continue to call the office when you arrive to see if your provider is ready. If not, we will ask you to wait in your car until we can see you. With keeping the state mandate, we are still socially distancing as much as we can. We appreciate you as a patient, and we look forward to seeing your smiling face soon!
